Frequently Asked Questions

1. What size are your bookmarks and cards? Bookmarks measure 2" x 8" in inches. Cards are A2 and measure 4.25" x 5.5" in inches.
   

2. Do you make custom or commissioned pieces? Unfortunately we're unable to make custom pieces very often. However, we're always painting new pieces and featuring new scripture verses on our cards and bookmarks. If there's something new you'd like to see offered in the shop, get in touch with your idea and we might add it to the shop!
   

3. What is your return policy? Cancellation policy? Refund policy? Please get in touch for returns or cancellations. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Undamaged items can be returned to us if you are unhappy with your order and a refund will be issued when returned items are received.
   

4. When are orders shipped? Orders are shipped within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
   

5. What kind of paper do you use in your products? We partner with a small print shop to print our bookmark and cards designs. The bookmarks are printed and laminated in small batches in the USA and made from paper that is certified sustainable by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI), and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC). The cards are also printed in the USA on sustainably-produced, high quality, thick linen weave paper. The paper is chlorine-free, FSC-certified, made with 30% post-consumer fiber, and manufactured using non-polluting renewable energy. The envelopes are brown recycled kraft paper.
